Next weekend is the Trick or Treat Trot. Jamie and I decided it would be good to try running outside, without the aide of buttons or inclines or built-in TVs.

As difficult as it was, we met at 8:30 Sunday morning and made our way to Montrose Harbor. Unfortunately, we happened upon some walk/run for Breast Cancer Awareness, so all the paths were packed with strollers and pink clad women. We ran as much as we could, and then decided to just be silly in public and roll around in the grass. Since we’re much better at that than running, anyway.
