Sometimes I love youtube so much it hurts. Especially when it turns on itself to create comedic gold.
What do I mean by this? You’ve seen all those videos of tween girls singing and emoting in their bedrooms to Britney, Wicked, Cheno, Beyonce, etc, and then putting it on youtube with the sad expectation that people will be blinded by their undiscovered talent and sign them up for the next record deal and/or reality tv moment. Right? Or do I need to link you to some samples?
Mirandasings08 takes it to a whole new level. Check out her youtube page here. She’s genius. As Jamie says, “Kristen Wiig genius.”
First off, her bio is parody perfection:
I’m a singer… I’m from tacoma WA and everyone tells me I have the best voice of all their friends. I’m planning to someday get discovered and become famous. My inspirations are britney spears, avril lavigne, spice girls (i know they are old school, but they have so much talent!), and of course josh groban. I hope you enjoy my singing!

I have to correct you on a minor point, my dear.
Betsy came up with “Kristin Wiig Genius.”
I merely copy the best material I find. :)
