Thanks to all of you for your suggestions.

I will NOT be seeing A Chorus Line. Mostly due to this review.

I will NOT be seeing Pacific Overtures, as I don’t like paying to sleep in a theatre. OMG, kidding. (I love you, Sondheim.) It’s just not by cup of (chrysanthemum) tea right now.

I need a distraction. I need glamor. I need loud. I need in-your-face.

Hedwig And The Angry Inch will deliver all that and more to me. Furthermore, it was only $20/ticket via hottix.org.

I’m terribly excited. I love LOVE love the movie. And the reviews have been stellar for this production. I just hate general admission. Stressful!

  1. I just tickets for A Chorus Line for its closing performance. Everyone I know who has seen this production has liked it (although those people are all people I work with ie dancers or former dancers) so I guess we’ll see…

  2. Hedwig is a great choice! I enjoyed the movie, too, and I think it would be lots of fun to see it on stage. Looking forward to the review of your eventful weekend!
