The new header (above) hereby replaces the old header (here).

Changes include:

1) Placing Chicago before running, as I’ve been doing a lot more Chicago and significantly less running of late. (That’s not to say I’ve given up on my exercise regimen — but more weights and elliptical, etc. Signing up for some races in the very near future, however. I’m sure you’re all very relieved by this news.)

2) An etc. image that more accurately reflects what I consider to be my etc. activities.

3) Bye-bye Gloria Swanson, hello generic show curtain image!
