My friend and fellow Chicago theatre reviewer/blogger Katy Walsh has recently expanded her coverage of Chicago’s theatre scene with a new podcast series. In the more recent episodes, Chicago actor Joshua Volkers (who’s set to appear in Mortar Theatre’s Corazón de Manzana down at the DCA Storefront Theatre in August) discusses the shows Katy has taken in that week.

And, to be quite honest, Katy makes me look positively lazy with her theatregoing schedule — she sees five or six shows a week, where lately I’ve been fitting in a pathetic two or three. Plus, she’s charming and funny, and her insights into the shows she’s seen are right on the money.
